While we provide an introduction between sellers and buyers, we are neither the seller nor the buyer of assets. Any contract formed for the sale of assets is solely between the buyer and seller and any payments are between the buyer and seller, we are not involved. We are not a party to any contract for sale and we assume no responsibility arising out of or in connection with it and we are not a seller’s agent. The seller is responsible for the sale of their asset and for dealing with any buyer claims or any other issue arising out of or in connection with the contract between the buyer and seller. By submitting a listing as a seller or responding to a listing as a buyer, you agree that we may disclose your personal information (including your name, email address and telephone number) to the relevant buyer/seller.
